Tiny Christmas tree.
Only 6 ornaments.
White bear rug.
A single large box with the bottom half of a woman sticking out.
Hmmmm.
Either she is diving for a diamond ring in the bottom of the box, or he faked her out, wracked her on the back of her head and is doing away with her.
Interesting. 😏

Seems like there should be a good bit more female torso in that particular box, so either the box has no bottom and the blond fur rug is raised up in the air a foot or so to make up that illusion ---- or else you only got about half a woman there .........
Merry Christmas, huh ????

I told her there's a ring in there,...
...by the time she figures out there isn't, I'll have her all wrapped up and under the tree!...

Got a couple "gifts" this year. Found a 1915 Kar 98 Mauser small ring rifle while wandering around a flea market a month ago. It had the stock cut down and was re barreled to .243 Winchester. Took it home for $80.00 and it's cleaning up nicely considering it's over 100 years old and is a Frankenmauser made out of mixed parts.
The lot next door sold and when they were cleaning out the storage shed a 17 foot fiberglass canoe ended up in my possession. It's going to be my crabbing boat for the Halifax River and estuaries in the area. Setting it up as a solo mid seated canoe with a kayak paddle. Hope I don't tip it over too many times and the crabbing is good.
My bigger is getting rid of my 2003 Tahoe which had 186K miles on it and trading it in for a 2017 four door Silverado short bed pickup. Picking up the new truck tomorrow from the dealer and will be putting a cap on it asap. I hate to get rid of the Tahoe, it still runs fine but it's time to move on before something major breaks.
The best gift this year was another year of good health and my left shoulder which had a torn muscle has finally gotten better after 8 months.
Merry Christmas All

I've never seen it. Never even been in a canoe, so, don't laugh, but would using pieces of pipe insulation on the gunwales help?

Might do some outriggers if needed. I used to canoe about 40 years ago and hope I've still got it. The canoe has a 35 inch beam which is a wide glide so shouldn't be too tippy. A quick dip when it's in the upper 90's could be refreshing.

I can't imagine how a wet person could get back in. Probably best to not get out.

It's simple, just tip over in shallow water
. Deep water you swim or climb in over the bow.

I'm gonna be swimming, holding the leash in my teeth , backstrokig to very shallow water. I don't see me climbing up a skinny end.

Nope.....I am at work right now!
I am supposed to be working only 20 hours a week - but I seem to be here about 35 hours a week. That will change in 2019, as I will have less catching up to do.

My wife and I bought ourselves a new home (OK, it's an apartment)
It's 150 sq.m. (~1500 sq.ft.) on 2 floors (most unusual and luxurious in Italy)
has wooden floors (parquet) and my very own den !
TWO underground garages for a total of 2 cars and (wait for it) 4 bikes !
Oh, yes, and another 25 year mortgage !
(Gotta sell the old flat now...)
