Good job. What tank did you use and how does if feel sitting behind it? Did it push you back a little?

As Dave said that other link lays out most of the details.  As far as how does it feel?  The seat is about 1 to 1.5" shorter front to back so for me at 5'-11" I sit way back anyway so no distance issue.  My wife is 5'-4" and she sits much closer so for her she is much closer to the tank but still comfortable.  The tank is definitely wider but not a problem.  It does force your legs just a little wider.  This is not unnaturally wide just wider than as stock S-40 which is actually very narrow.  So to balance the comfort the last thing I did was to move the pegs out 2".  I extended the shifter and brake lever in doing that.  Now she has a very natural seating position and loves the bike.
