Gimme till Tuesday MMR......

I got a call from an international aircraft company for an interview Tuesday, seems they are possibly in need of a mechanic.

If all goes well and I head back to work.... my labor day weekend might possibly go away.... and the birds nest will become available.

I will post Tuesday night as to my possible job offer. I have had one interview with them already.... I have been handed to the second manager, for further man-handling

WE STILL HAVE ONE FREE BED (and I do mean free as in Linux is free) REMAINING IN THE ROOSTER PEN CABIN

Rooster Pen is our home 4 man cabin, check him out on the map as being closest to the bathroom showers and having enough car/trailer parking as you go on the up road to it.

Friday September 4th is the start date, 5th, 6th, and 7th as the main days.

MM up to four staying at thesimplelife in the Rooster Pen for FREE

Old_Rider and wife staying at the Bird House

Dave and Eleavan staying in the area at a Robbinsville hotel

We still have one (1) free unclaimed upper bunk in the cabin, BTW --- and I think since I have already sunk and actually paid for the bill for the cabin that I am going to go ahead and declare it a FREE WEEKEND for room rent for all who are involved in the Rooster Pen cabin stay.

We have one upper bunk left so come and stay with us in the Rooster Pen for Friday, Sept 4 - Sunday Sept 6 for free. You'll need to bring a blanket and a pillow and enough money for gas and food and that's it.

...... yep, them are a shaggy looking pair of Dragon Mountain Blue Smurfs, notorious for bizarre sexual deviancy and great personal endurance. Ever since Smurfette got famous and moved to Hollywood they've been feelin' right lonely, they have.

They have had to settle for chicken whenever they can gets it ...... or sheep ...... or horny toads ...... (they ain't particular, you know)

Best bring your little pistol and tuck it up under your pillow, just to be on the safe side .....

Interview went ok, met the section managers this time, now they want me to come back and do a walk-through and let me tell them what I know about each item I see.
50 question time to test my knowledge and set a pay scale reference.

Still up in the air, they are interviewing hopefuls next week also.

......sigh...... 2 weeks and I can't say one way or the other.... well, at least we have a cabin reserved.

Read the fine print, you are inside 30 days so the cabin is already charged to your card for one full day already and they most certainly will charge the rest of it to your card whether you show up or not.

These folks have copied the Dragon Lodge "burn you to the ground system" reservation policies, including all the big cleaning penalties for leaving the place dirty.
