Ate you in agreement with others that my stock 97 savage will run like Crap, if at all, with the racing baffle or what Serowbot called Holy Tubes? Also, shipping to GA, how much?

My stone stock less the OPEN straight pipe 1998 ran fine. Just a bit lean (75-85 mpg lean). Your new jets are on the way. Expect a massive drop in fuel economy (like 10 mpg less if you have stock buckhorns, in HALF if you have apehangers).

The Mikuni BS40 has got to be the worst piece of junk that J.A. Pan Inc ever installed on a mid-sized bike... It's an 883 Sporty upgrade.

Really? What is that all about? Handlebars affect fuel economy?

Ever gone sailing? Same principle, the higher the bars, the more surface area to catch the wind. On a bike, it induces drag, using more fuel to achieve speeds.

Looks like it will be in the $50-60 range plus insurance.  I could not get a specific price without having your postal code.

If you have not seen it before, this is from the "Marketplace" and is the listing for the primary items offered.

I too am interested in the small pipes, and would need jet set for my 2012 savage. I need louder pipes I am tired of almost getting run off the road because people don't hear me coming. Do you still have the small pipes available?

Will need to check on the pipes.  If the roads are good I can do that tomorrow; I have most of my parts stored at another location.
