What size PVC did you use for the front drop? Looks like it's 1" OD and possibly 3/4" ID? Thanks!

Perfect! Have a piece in the garage and a 5/8" bolt! Now I can scratch that off of the CS-1 order!

Nice bike!! What size PVC did you use for the spacers? I know it was Sch40 but was it 1" 1/2", 1", 2"?
Thanks

I got the fork drop stuff from Ryca so I just used that. Forgot to delete it from the order. (Insert idiot icon here...)

"Page 6 of my web page shows how I mounted it...no modifications to the tank...obviously modifications to the frame.  I welded a nut to the frame and used a piece of pipe as a spacer to keep the tank off the frame…also welded a rigged clip that attaches to a factory clip on the back of the tank.  Works...have 900 miles on the bike so far.
"

I've been following your blog for a while as I am doing something similar, and plan on using a Benelli tank as well with a DCC "Brass Café" seat. I was wondering if you had some up close shots of the rear mount on the tank. I have an idea about how to use the pin in the back but would like to see it mounted.

Bike looks great!!
