Would like to order the JETSETS, can you let me know how much with shipping to MO, also what quicker shipping would be and your thoughts on starting with the 52.5/152.5 setup with a setup that is that open?
Cheers,

The $29.95 price includes shipping within the U.S.
It usually only takes 3 days to arrive from the time I send it so there is no point in spending the money to try to get it there faster.
For a starting point with the filter and RYCA muffler, you can go with the 52.5/152.5 combo or bump it to 55/155, which is a bit closer to what you may need. When I jetted my stock S40 I started with 52.5/152.5 and had the pilot screw ended up at 2 1/2-2 3/4 turns out and the 152.5 worked just fine for it. I did change it a couple of years later to 55/155 and the pilot screw setting was about 2 turns out and there was no noticeable performance improvement on the top end.
The midrange was set up with the 3 washers in place of the white spacer on the needle, and that did not change.
Other than the muffler and jet/tuning change, this was a totally stock engine. I had it up to 105 indicated on the speedo on several occasions.
This particular engine is a bit stronger than your average LS650 engine.
