Luke, I'm not sure about the exact measurements and clearances.  Here's a pic of the OEM supports that may give you a an idea on the size.  


These are the ones I used.  They are for the M50/C50.  They are considerably larger than the OEM supports.  


I do know that I had to space mine out on the belt side to clear the sprocket when the suspension compresses.  The right side didn't need to be spaced out as much as the left but I did it the same to match the left side.  Here's a close up of how I did it:

My brackets come out 2" from the edge of the rails. I didn't get one from the fender itself out... But, whatever the width of the rail is + 2" should work.

I used mine cause they were sitting on a shelf in the garage looking sad and unwanted.
