Much like the libtard media's bogus crap about Trump hotels - where he gets foreign delegates/dignitiaries to stay and they pay for it - cash for value is not illegal, and he is donating that $$ to the treasury - as in he's not even profitting from it, he's sending $ to the american people instead of to Hilton or other private corporations - this crap is nothing illegal. He's not profitting and he's certainly not going to eat those crappy free beans, cos he eats cheese burgers.
This is a classic example of libtard fail on top of libtard fail on top of libtard fail ad nauseum.
Cool.

" and he is donating that $$ to the treasury "

Can the President give direct funds to the Treasury?  I guess he could write a personal check, but then it's personal profit being donated.  Is it his business in Trust from his family that writes a check?

Wow, were libtards this dumb - I mean seriously - always ?
I was one from maybe 2006 through 2014 ... I'd like thin think I was much smarter than the average "woke libtard" of 2020.

Simple google delivers this from wapo of all - your favorite wapo says this -

https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2020/03/09/trump-foreign-profits/

Was it a personal check ???
Was it a cashiers check from a nigerian prince ???

Who the fcuk cares except woke libtard soy pu$$ies. Please look it up if you do care so much.

Cool.

 Cry more?

I am wondering about procedure.  Back when the donate to build a wall thing started people thought they could give money directly to the building of a wall.

 They can not.

US citizens are limited in how they can contribute money to the US Government, and while this is managed by the Treasury, they can not assign how or if the Treasury utilizes those funds.

So I am asking, and not meaning to offend the oversensitive to anything related to Trump, what is the process?  Can Trump directly donate funds to the Treasury?  Maybe you know.  Maybe you don't.

Obviously you can't say without being offended by the question.

I'm pretty sure any government building will readily gobble up a big sack of $$ just the same regardless of delivery mechanism. Dollar bills, gold bars, copper ingots, iron, steel, gasoline, oil, canned food, body parts etc.

wapo says some crap in there -  read it, I am not terribly concerned by that exact technicality.

BTW Wapo doesn't say he gave it to them to build that wall so your particular soy pu$$y "concern" isn't offended.

I am just mad that in 3+ yrs of listening to NPR I have never heard this fact, and finally heard a passing statement in a youtube clip. Then had to google it - and I come to know, In fact he's been donating it for 3+ yrs and apparently in May it fell to the lowest - obviously due to the declining popularity and the cluelessness of Trump and nothing to do with the china virus. Obviously.

Really the press is attempting to bury the greatest president we have had in centuries. And all we hear is the garbage spewed by the clueless and corrupt swamp dwellers. Hide and lie about this fact, and I immediately think, Oh WTF else are they hiding/lying about.

Its almost like someone spews a 1000 high sounding theories all of which I cant prove or disprove and they end with a statement that no savages leak oil from the factory. Immediately their credibility drops to 0.

Cool.

"I'm pretty sure any government building will readily gobble up a big sack of $$ just the same regardless of delivery mechanism."

Not true.  That would be illegal in the US.

NPR is biased I would say, but they have covered this.

https://www.npr.org/2018/02/26/588984309/trump-pays-treasury-undisclosed-sum-...

Other news sources have too.  All with varying opinions of course but I find it hard to consider all this public information to be a cover-up.

Wow, you never heard of the IRS or the wonder of wonders we all know and love called the dmv have you ?
BTW those fools in SC dmv have implemented a $250 fee for any vehicle from out of state to register in SC. Like WTF ??? Seriously any govt building stands ready to gobble up any amount of $$ you can even bring in. Say I went there with a $100K check. They will put it in their general expense budget - which they claim fixes the roads. OK That would be allocation, so I would guess they would send it to treasury (or ask me to make it to treasury and mail it there) IRS and treasury will take anything you give them - Obama said that to Warren Buffet. Look it up.

The average vehicle in SC likely is 5-10 yrs older than national average which I believe is pushing 10 anyway. The combination of mild weather, flat and 1/2 decent roads as well as a lot of backyard mechanics, rural country and a lot of good, big junkyards for the population probably puts SC in a better position than AZ and NM. So a 20 yr old car will clock you @$250 @ the dmv if you happened to move - so would a 20 yr old bike. In fact I am switching back to NC for my license cos I have too many vehicles to register.

Now the profits to treasury - Its easy to give them $$$, not allocate it - which he's not been doing. Trump has been doing that every year for the last 3+ per wapo, npr did 1 little one yrs ago with a whole lot of I'm not sure its legal or if it absolves him etc etc (sorry didn't read your links but in 3+ yrs of listening when I am in my car -(which has also been pretty low cos 1 it was on its last legs for a few yrs, 2 I'm a biker, and my commute through winter was pretty short etc etc) anyway I did find it in a libtard site cos the rapebuican sites were wholly claiming Trump walked on - not even water, but air ...

Anyway the goya trolling is not even that category. Its the equivalent of touring the Ford factory, or Harley factory and posing with the bikes. He didn't profit by buying up and reselling = Nothing to worry about.

Cool.

"regardless of delivery mechanism"

This is illegal.  There are specific approved methods each agency has to abide by.  They vary, but they can't all just take bags of cash.

Oh wow, just simply wow. That's what you're objecting to ???
OK it was delivered in an acceptable format per the rules set forth in Tax law 12543p9e4, section 997385 of Treasury $$$ collections act of 1831, amended in 1852, 1923, 1949, 1999 and finally in 2012 (to accept bitcoin). Happy now eegore ??? Yea.

Though I'm sure Treasury and IRS will take a bag of cash regardless of the above mentioned constitutional amendment.

OK wapo is from 2 months ago. The rest are all from 2018 and the abc one is from 2019 but doesn't mention the 2017, 18 and 19 - just the totals.
Lying by omission, minimization, obfuscation and legalese.
AKA the standard methodology when Trump does something good or when Obama did something bad.

This is grossly inaccurate.  These tax laws do not exist.

I disagree.  This would be illegal.
