So a 20 yr old car will clock you @$250 @ the dmv if you happened to move - so would a 20 yr old bike. In fact I am switching back to NC for my license cos I have too many vehicles to register.

Now the profits to treasury - Its easy to give them $$$, not allocate it - which he's not been doing.
