Mine cracked last week. Took it off and fi-glassed the back of of it. So far, so good! Cool

Had the same problem with cracks in my licence plate on my '02. Cut a backing plate out of some thicker aluminum sheet and installed a licence plate frame with secondary LED brake lights.
