Yup. And he got elected because he promised to try to fix it. The same thing he suggested the "progressive democrat women do. First in their ancestral homelands, and then when they were done with that, come show us Americans how to do it.

Besides, the "go back where you came from" became an offensive trope in reference to the descendants of Black american slaves. None of these women are that. AOC is Puerto  Rican, Omar is from Somalia, and Tlaib is Palestinian. I'd never even heard of the fourth one that Trump was supposedly also insulting so I don't know anything about her heritage.Just grabbing onto the skirts of the better known three I suppose.

Nobody gives a darn about his heart. We care about his words and actions.

When he refuses to rent to blacks, that's racist. It doesn't matter if it was a good business decision.
When he calls for the murder of black teenagers, that's racist. It doesn't matter if he just did it for the publicity.
When he says he hates having blacks touch his money and prefers Jews, that's racist. It doesn't matter that he thinks what he said is nice to jews.
When he claims a black man isn't eligible to be president because you can't be sure he's American enough, that is racist. It doesn't matter if it's an election strategy.
When he bans travel based upon religion, that's bigotry. It doesn't matter if it came from a stupid election promise.
When he constantly insults the intelligence of minority politicians, it's racist. It doesn't matter if he didn't think through the historical tropes used against blacks for a hundred years.

Clearly, I can go on. And on. And on.
And that's without touching his problematic views on women which are perhaps even worse.

He's a nasty little bigot. He has no honor and no dignity. He's unworthy of the deference you grant him and the ex post facto justifications you're forced to build around his abominable behavior.  You diminish yourselves by doing so.
Think about your soul. It deserves better.
