Ok , but I think in tech section there is a stripped down wiring diagram with no turn signals and bare essentials removing decomp selenoid and relay. Helps to thin out the harnesses and removing failure prone parts

I'll check it out, thanks. I got rid of the decomp solenoid, I'll be using the thumb lever.

Chain conversion is on, carb is re-jetted, and pulled off the sheet-metal for powder coat. I think I'm gonna do silver or grey.

So, she's just about done. Just waiting on a speedo to come in. Took it for a quick ride up to get gas, it's a blast! The powder coat turned out great, and you definitely can't beat the price.

Ya, my wife wasn't too happy that I was in the garage so much. It helped that I tore down and prepped the bike while I was waiting for the parts.

If you don't like the loud muffler.....RYCA makes this insert to cut down on the noise.

We'll see how it treats me as time goes on. I'm used to having loud pipes.

So, speedo is hooked up and I got the breather filter on (still need adel clamp). I think she's pretty much done. I may powder coat the headlight bucket black over the winter.

Wow, I had to go out and check. I had no idea it was plastic. Maybe I'll Plasti-dip it then.
