That is totally WRONG !

Awesome Spin, Again !
  Eegore implies;
‘Red-Laws’, cannot contain STUPID stuff,
And they are not another slide down the slippery sloap.

Yes, a control of some sort needs to be enforced.
             Hear that, ENFORCED !
Not another new law, that is different in 13 States that have passed one,
which is designed to Confiscate,
   based on one persons opinion.

NOT, the ACTIONS of a Person !

Golly Gee Wally, WHY don’t we ENFORCE the laws already on the books ?
“…The report shows that, between 2008 and 2015, the FBI denied 556,496 gun purchases following background checks…”
“… amounting to a 0.04 percent prosecution rate. …”
”…U.S. Attorneys’ Office policy not to prosecute people for lying on background check forms while attempting to illegally acquire a firearm …”
“ … Individuals who are prohibited from purchasing firearms for any reason (mental health, criminal convictions, etc.) are rarely investigated or prosecuted when they do try to buy a weapon, a federal study has determined … “
“… the crooks, the wife beaters and the homicidal maniacs who lie to get a gun have little reason to worry that Uncle Sam will get them for faking on Form 4473. It lists nine questions designed to cull those who should not be strapped. The questions include: “Have you ever been convicted in any court of a felony,” “Are you a fugitive from justice,” and “Have you ever been adjudicated as a mental defective… “

Red Laws  NOW on the Books !

“In 2018, more than 1,700 orders allowing guns to be seized …  The figure could be higher, since California was not included in the data”
“Maryland, … courts issued 302 extreme risk protective orders in the first three months”
“Indiana, only law enforcement – not a family member or spouse – can petition the state to confiscate weapons”
“Police can also seize firearms on the spot”
“In Oregon, any person living in the household of a person they are concerned about can request an order.”
“Maryland considers a physician, mental health provider or even someone dating the gun owner to be valid petitioners.”
“In making a decision, a judge may weigh such evidence as a history of suicidal threats or attempts, threats of violence, instances of domestic abuse or cruelty to animals.”
“they allow a judge – at the request of law enforcement officers or, in some states, a relative”
“In 2018, more than 1,700 orders allowing guns to be seized “
“Other states permit a family member or relative to intervene. “

And on and on and on and on.

Describe:
Cache of weapons:
Cache of ammunition:
Bad Guns, (which are allowed under the latest GCA):
Correct Use:
Correct Storage:
Correct Person:

What % of bad decisions/opinions can,
 Judges:
 Police:
 (physician) Doctor:
 (mental health) Doctor:
 Teacher:
 Elected person:
 Spouse:
 Relative:
 Person living in house:
 Boy/Girl friend:
Make ?

A description of, ‘red-law’.
‘…“A person is going to lose their rights based on a third-party allegation. They’ve never been convicted of a crime. They’ve never been adjudicated mentally ill. That’s not how our system of justice should work.”…’
“…these bills have been very popular and adopted at record speeds…”

Yet, if someone breaks into a house, the person in the house watches them Steal a stack of 100.00 bills, that person can/has identified the thief, nothing can be done, because the person seeing the theft, stating what HAS happened, means Nothing.

Is one is living in a;
Free Nation.
Or a Socialist (control everything) country.
Or is it, once the US was a Free Nation,
and is now turning into a Communist country,
simply because the crying in the street, by the UL, FDS, DFI, Socialists.
And SHEPOL, follow the Propaganda Piper.

A very descriptive qoute from someone else;
“Red-flag laws risk setting a dangerous precedent. If the government can take your guns based on a prediction today, what will stop it from taking your liberty based on a prediction tomorrow? “

Incorrect.  If you stop trying to see what is implied and just see what it typed you might save yourself some time.  I never said Red Laws can not contain stupid stuff, I said your assessment that one can be enforced for "any reason" is wrong.

If I drive by your house and see a crack in your windshield I can not file an enforceable Red Law report and have your guns taken away.

By falsely claiming that for "any reason" your guns can be taken away you reduce the value of legitimate Red Law arguments.  Why exaggerate when you can use facts?  Frivolous and retaliatory tactics are a concern, but those concerns are easily mixed in with the absurd claims that people can file enforceable Red Law reports for any reason at all.

"Yet, if someone breaks into a house, the person in the house watches them Steal a stack of 100.00 bills, that person can/has identified the thief, nothing can be done, because the person seeing the theft, stating what HAS happened, means Nothing."

Incorrect.  By your own assessment the police can attempt to identify a subject.  Saying "nothing can be done" refutes your own assessment that the police can indeed go try to find a thief.  I agree with that assessment, however I do not think that a sworn affidavit is enough evidence - and only the word evidence with the exclusion of all other words- evidence to convict.

Lindsay Graham says that if *any* americans or afghanis who helped americans are not removed from Afghanistan then Biden should be impeached.

That Graham can say this sort of proves the point.
