StoneHENGE (I know you call it Hinge just to aggravate me) is certainly on the list.

Since MM and I will both be riding double.......it likely is best to avoid gravel roads and water crossings as much as possible.

Understood, and doable.   When not completely doable, you will be given an alternate route to meet us on the other side of the nasties.
Soooooo, I guess you two won't be opting to do the Dirty Sister?
or.. Slime Bridge??  (that even scares me.. )   Shocked

Wolf Pen is so full of sharp , short , twist's that a big bike is like a fish out of water  there.
I don't know if it might hold a Wolf ... but ... I'm almost sure it would hold a Pig !   Grin

Sorry Dave , it must have been a HOG LOVER who named it Wolf Pen ...  Roll Eyes

I finally looked at "SLIME BRIDGE" !   Embarrassed

...................

It looks like a TRUCK could get lost going across there !!  Undecided

The Harley might have been in a vertical position when it went off the bridge but maybe NOT !!!  Roll Eyes

..............

One year we went across a creek crossing with rock bottom and water about six inches deep , it was in a long right turn coming out of the water .   I was expecting slime but was glad not to find it .   I was last or next to last to cross it , had to wait to see how much slipping and sliding everybody else did ...  Cool

Thinking of slime make me wish I'd put K-70 tires front and rear , I will next time whether it might help or not  ?   .  Smiley

I was sweeping that ride, so I did not see him go in.  I got off my bike to help another rider that went down on the bridge, then saw them dragging his bike out of the river.
Got it out, emptied out the saddle bags (full of water).  Wired up the kickstand (broke the mount or spring), and ... it started.   Shocked
Rode to the Dam Red Barn.  When he parked, it sounded like a teakettle.  Grin

I rode my Savage across a slime filled crossing on a Tn. back road that was only about 8 foot wide .   The feeling of "NO TRACTION"  was only momentary , but still a very scary feeling !   Embarrassed

I was REALLY GLAD to be on a 400 pound and not on a 800 pound bike !!   Roll Eyes

I looked up the Slime  Bridge on YouTube.  It appears to be a real nightmare when the water is flowing over it and the slime is wet - the dry crossings when the water is low doesn't look to be scary.

Does anyone have room in your saddlebag for a big bag of sand? Huh

I'm out of room in my trunk , but If you can help figure out how to mount a trailer I might try pulling one ?

I've seen them mounted on the fender but I don't think that will work on anything I've got ?

Ever seen a swing-arm mount  up close ?

there's a single wheel trailer that would be fun.
the ones I've seen mount with a spindle thru the rear axle.
do you have a m/c with a hollow axle?

The BMW has a hollow rear hub and the rear wheel mounts to it - I could get the trailer ball spinning with the rear wheel!

Hey Versy, how is it going with getting the covid vaccine. Seems most everybody I know around here that wanted the vaccine has been able to get it. But, this is Texas not California.

Hay Versey

I know at least 5 people with type "O-Blood" who have had almost no effect from the Virus .   Are you type "O"  ?

The safest place to be may be around a bunch of already Vaccine people ??   Huh
