I didn’t see it but I read he had dozens of affidavits from poll workers who made various claims. Did these people make up these stories and lie under oath?

 Its hard to get in on what Webstermark is asking when so many other things are just nonsense.

 Very convenient that in 2016 they didn't care when the overcount percentage was almost double what it is today and they won.  Only massive fraud when you lose I guess, if you win its all good.

 Smartmatic and Dominion conspire to rig the election like they did in Venezuela.  Real handy since they are competitors, sued each other, and Smartmatic spoke out against Chavez.  I guess this idea works for anyone that won't look it up.

 There's more issues but those stuck out most to me.  I am looking forward to this Introductory Statement and I really hope there's more substance than all this speculative nonsense.

Trump knows he's lost, and there are a few reasons to keep this bs up, among them are to keep the fans engaged/enraged to gather funds. BUT one reason that has leaked out after telling some of his aids, is simple revenge. He still feels annoyed that he felt that the Russia interference has delegitimised his Presidency and he basically just wants to fcuk Biden over. It's that simple. This also explains why only 3rd rate non specialist lawyers and clowns are representing him. So there's no point in taking any of the 'evidence' seriously because if any of it was serious evidence then it he wouldn't have had 32 suits thrown out or withdrawn, by the latest count.

btw affidavits don't in and of themselves mean anything other than they are sworn statements. If the statements that are sworn to are hearsay or otherwise irrelevant then they are not admissible. Further the bar to overturn an election result is such that even if some issue did occur, for it to also be admissible it would need to be of such a scale as to actually affect enough votes to have the effect of overturning the election. So what is admissible in a court of law pursuant to trying to overturn an election is very different to the bar set for a twitter post or a random rant at a press conference, much less a meaningless interwebs forum.

An affidavit used as evidence in an investigation that results in an indictment or presented as evidence in a trial, signed and acknowledged by the signer as truthful and later found to have been signed knowing the statements made were false, is actionable for perjury charges.

It is not simply a signed statement when signed as a basis for legal action.

I cannot see any lawyer advising a client to knowing sign a statement with the understanding the statement was a binding, legal document.

Now, I have no idea if the statements these people made are true or if the instances they refer to are so isolated in nature as to make them irrelevant from a statewide vote counting point of view. No one knows that without an investigation and legal proceedings if warranted.

The accusations Powell is making are beyond precedent setting. Using real world logic, the number of people in on the conspiracy would make it virtually impossible to pull off. I can’t see it being true. If true, the only fix would be to waive the results of the entire election and schedule a replacement at some point in the future with national procedures. That would be equally precedent setting (against the Constitution) and I don’t see that happening either.

No, the theft occurred when mail in and absentee voting was expanded knowing full well typically unengaged voters who get their info from Lester Holt, SNL, Jimmy Fallon, Oliver and other clowns who would otherwise never bother to vote, with a 3 or 4 week window, would find time to put an X next to Biden’s name and drop it in the mailbox.

I hope Powell’s right. I hope she’s got real evidence behind that big mouth.

I hope this is not some ploy to build a news/entertainment empire with Trump supporters  the way the MSM has build one with leftist supporters. I hope the plan is not to force Fox to the middle and capture the market on the right with the thought Fox would eventually either fade away or essentially merge with CNN, leaving them with 1/2 the American news market.
