"I'm not asking you to spend any time on it, but I would assume the accomplishments of someone whom the leftist hold in such high regard would be common knowledge."

My experience is most people know the name but have no idea what she does.

"Can you provide 3 memorable moments during her time on the SCOTUS? Could be an opinion, where she provided a significant influence to an important case, you name it."

What would you consider "important" regarding "important case"?

How are you valuating the cases by levels of importance?

Exactly, but it will be treated like a catastrophe.

There's a number of cases but if you don't think 4th Amendment upholding for minors is "important" it won't count.  If you don't think Federal legalization of same-sex marriage is "important" then it won't count.

How do you assess important when selecting case materials for SCOTUS?

Whaaaaat? An intellectual pygmy such as yourself has trouble comprehending why anyone would have some respect for an intellectual powerhouse?!

Well, yes, certainly- intellectually, your view is occluded, unable to see over or around what is expected of other adults.    Here, perspective isn't merely a difference in political values, but integrity of thought, your view chronically lowered to focus on your own contrived conceits.

This entire thread is a perfect example: were you acting in good faith, with minimal effort you might discover for yourself why RBG is so celebrated.   Learning what others think and why was not your priority- the lead post was all about insult and provocation.

"What sort of pygmy are you?" is the more apt question.   From my contact with you, Mark, your stunted capacity isn't cognitive; rather, your tragic shortcoming are moral and ethical, values.   You don't hold truth in high regard.   You're not stupid, Mark- you're intellectually dishonest.   You stand in a character hole of your own making that affords an emotionally crippled view of the people around you.   So isolated, you resent society, want to see it lowered to where you choose to dwell.  Again, witness the lead post.

And you're the wise one huh? Sure, ok eau. Whatever floats your little boat.

From my perspective, Eau de Sauvage elevates consideration, humane and honest regard, his voice buoyed by integrity.   Where you sink, he floats.   Since you've made this a contest of character, yes, he is the "wise one".
