Or better yet, since there's a large Muslim population in Minnesota, maybe they should start teaching from the Qur'an?
It's already being done in some schools here in the inner city.
BULLSH!T. Prove it mn. I think you're lying.
YET, teachings from the Bible AND The Torah, are BANNED.
Quote:Students were instructed to write out the Islamic creed “Shahada,” which says, “There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.” When recited by non-Muslims, the creed amounts to conversion to Islam.
“Most Muslims’ faith is stronger than the average Christian,” one worksheet read.
The class also spent one day covering Christianity, while teachers devoted two weeks to instructing about Islam.”
This is outrageous!! Since when is ANY RELIGION being included as part of the school curriculum? I do agree that religion is a part of “World History” however, not in the manner the Charles County Public School System is presenting it, which in my opinion, borders on Islamic Indoctrination.
Quote:The lawsuit seeks a court declaration that the defendants violated the plaintiff’s constitutional and statutory rights; a temporary and permanent injunction barring the defendants from endorsing Islam or favoring Islam over Christianity and other religions; and from enforcing the no trespassing order issued against John Kevin Wood in October 2014.
“[T]he defendants forced Wood’s daughter to disparage her Christian faith by reciting the Shahada, and acknowledging Mohammed as her spiritual leader,”President and Chief Counsel of the Thomas More Law Center Richard Thompson said. “Her world history class spent one day on Christianity and two weeks immersed in Islam. Such discriminatory treatment of Christianity is an unconstitutional promotion of one religion over another.”
Maybe your comprehension skills are lacking.
I clearly see you stating that the quran was not being taught in schools.
The 2 stories clearly show a part of the quran was being taught against the will of the parents.
lawsuits were brought, parent being banned all evidence of the case that you deny.
2 stories that you couldn't find, that's like saying you couldn't find your own a$$ with 2 hands.
