Yes the stock rear pulley and belt are used...the change is noticeable and makes the engine rpm more pleasant at speed.
The only 2 folks that made these for sale was Armen and me. We have both stopped doing it as it involves a lot of work - and we are both retired!
The work involved watching eBay for a good used EN500 pulley, buying it, de-greasing and cleaning the pulley, machining the pulley, powder coating, listing the pulley for sale, arranging for payment, packing up for shipment, a trip to the Post Office, etc. For me it was nearly 3 hours of work for each pulley. The project also included sharpening my lathe tools, buying new screws and the pulley lock tab to include with the sale, and the powder coating materials.
While I was busy working on these pulleys - nobody was working on my household chores or garage related projects.
If you can find a good pulley and a local machine shop, they could cut the pulley for you.
