Hey Armen, sorry for delay in reply on here, but shipment all received well and good (after I paid import duty 🙄😒) last weekend! 👍
Been busy all week but hoping to get chance to fit this week 💪.
Also, that link above  to rear bearing mod is appreciated.
Nice one, superb forum.
Thank you all 👍

I installed the spacer from Armen, and it fit no problem! I had horrible slop before, and now it's perfect. I ordered a bearing from eBay, left it in the freezer for a couple days, then heated the hub with a small torch. I had to use the hammer, but I got the bearing in, and everything seems ok. I definitely recommend this upgrade if you're on the fence about it. The hardest part was bashing out the old bearing. I ended up using a big socket and beating it with a 5lb sledge. Thanks Armen!

I have a pulley that needs to be modified.
Where can I send it & what's the cost for the work?
I'll send a check along with it.

Thanks

Hey Gus,
I have a few pulleys that are done, would you like me to send you one? Or, I can do yours.
I can supply the modified pulley and the button head allen bolts. I don’t have the lock tabs. And mine aren’t painter. You can paint them if you wish.
Also, if you haven’t done the modified rear axle spacer, it’s a good mod. And I can ship the modified spacer at the same time as the pulley. I need your old spacer back.
The price for the pulley outright, with shipping is $160. The spacer is $28. If you want me to modify your spacer, knock $20 off the price.
LMK what works for you.
Thanks!

Been away for a while. Life happens. So I am interested to know if these 25 tooth pulleys are still available?

Yup. Got them sitting here.
LMK if you want one.
Have you done the double wide pulley bearing conversion yet?

There are articles in the tech section. Pretty straightforward.
Might as well do both at once and save time and shipping costs.
Thanks!
