$165 and it includes a new locking tab, and 2 stainless screws with flatter heads to provide more clearance.  The pulley is machined, cleaned and powder coated black.

My PayPal is:  Thumpinspecial@gmail.com

Be sure to include the proper shipping address (I have had problems when PayPal sends me an out of date shipping address that the buyer has not changed when he moved 6 years earlier).

Maybe this is a weird question, but has anyone ever found/made a smaller front sprocket? I never go over 60mph, so I'd love more acceleration. I've ever heard of 23T and 25T.

Nope - no smaller front sprocket that I am aware of.

If you want more acceleration - don't use the larger 140/90-15 rear tire and stay with a 130/90-15 size which is almost exactly the same size as the 140/80-15 that was original equipment.

Hi Dave 🙋‍♂️
Fairly new member here looking to improve my bobber/cafe racer hybrid savage.
Would really love to get one of these pulleys if possible please to improve the comfort of longer club rides.. 🙏
Only thing is, I'm a Brit, now living in France.. Would you be willing to ship over seas to help a brother out? 🤞🙏  (Obviously at extra cost)

Cheers, Jason

Jason:

Nice looking bike!

I don't have any more pulleys - cut or uncut.

Armen has some I believe.......I will send him a message to let him know you need one.

Hi Jason,
I have some pulleys. They aren’t powder coated, and I don’t have locktabs. But I have stainless button head Allen’s.
I haven’t shipped any across the pond, but I’m sure I can.
I can’t get to a post office til next week, but if yo give me an address, I can get a quote for shipping.
Thanks,
-Armen

Hey Bobber,
If you haven’t done it, the double bearing conversion for the rear pulley is a great idea. DBM came up with the idea. I have a few of the modified spacers (you’ll have to buy a bearing). Very easy mod, and many of the bikes will destroy the stock pulley bearing.
It’ll only add ounces to the package, so it makes sense to get it at the same time.
LMK
Thanks,
-Armen

Please post the details! I grabbed my rear sprocket last night and was horrified by how much slop and play it has. I looked at the old threads, but most of the pictures are gone.

Does the double bearing mod require machining? I have so many questions lol

Hi Yazman,
There is a detailed post somewhere about the conversion. I do the machining. At your end all you do is knock out the original bearing and seal, install the double row bearing that you bought, and use my modified spaced instead of the OEM left one.
The spacers are provided on exchange. $28 with shipping, and you send me your old one.
Drag Bike Mike came up with this idea. All the cool kids do it Smiley
LMK if you want one.
