London 'not afraid' a day after rampage by ex-con
EX-CON! Are you F'ing kidding me! This newspaper can't go bankrupt soon enough....
A rather blatant, but not uncommon, example of how the press can lie while making a statement that is factually true. The guy was arrested several times, and did serve time. So he was indeed an "ex-con"
He was also,of course, a fanatical Islamic terrorist piece of sh*t.
Lies of omission are still lies. Very effective lies.
This kind of journalism is neither "mind numbingly ignorant" or accidental. It is very sophisticated and effective propaganda. Don't believe for a minute that the Media is run by stupid people who don't know exactly what they are doing.
I recall a joke headline that I saw right after Trump won the election. It went something like this:
WHITE BILLIONAIRE FORCES BLACK FAMILY FROM PUBLIC HOUSING SO HE CAN MOVE IN !
Factually true but ridiculous.
The crap in the popular media is more subtle than that, but it's still crap.
