They will both get theirs... Berghdahl is likely to be convicted of desertion and either spend the rest of his days in Leavenworth or be executed. Obama will hopefully be tried and found guilty of providing material aid to the enemy, a crime that not even the President is exempt from, and sentenced a minimum of 10 years (can carry a life sentence).
