From having injuries to myself in the past besides
my mc accident, it is easy to want to move around,
do what you think you can do. Well at times that
may work. Yet again, times it won't and your body
will tell you that. Take care of that back man. It will
heal quicker if you rest and give it the time it needs.
Ok so your getting restless, well just think how restless
your going to be if you re injur that back and take longer

thank you very much for the encouragement and the good advice
today was a day to just sit mostly; did not do much since the back said "NO !"
it was hard to sit for most of the day but I needed it and may need tomorrow as well...have to just waite and see

I am gaining but sometimes i forget they are there and move wrong and feel like it did in the beginning. Glad to hear that you are healing well.

injury as well. It took me about 6 weeks before
I could lie down in bed right. Breathing was difficult
at times too.. Hang in there.. Hugs to you as well.

My friend from California is here this week and I must say that I am feeling better. The therapy is JUST WHAT I NEEDED.
It kind of makes me feel good all over. Wink
