You are right in the middle of a "T" junction, a tad dangerious on a Saturday night, allthough it does look like a nice neighborhood. I had a sh1t load of pysical theropy this afternoon, didn't seem to help one bit, but you never know, at least it was a woman this time she seems to be so much softer , have to wait and see.I just wish I could see one iota of improvement ,just enough to give me some hope,as it stands
nothing , not a fraction of an inch. I shall press on regardless , keep a stiff up a lip and all that old rubbish.

Yes, I moved to a new house in a heavily wooded area.

Physical therapy takes time to show results.  Be patient and stay with it.  Stiff upper lip.

If you want faster results, tell you new lady therapist to concentrate on a different area, you know....as an experiment to see what happens.  Tell her that you usually get paid, but since shes been nice, you will accomodate her for free, just this one time.
