Looks like jewelry dude.  CNC or old-skool machine work?

I'm not sure if that's a 17in motard wheel or not, but the huge-ass brake and fork legs sure make it look like one.

Its all manual. Had to get the bolt hole spacing and offsets spot on, then the rest was aesthetic and lightening.  Turned out real nice even though you cant really see it. Im kind of a perfectionist and I take pride in all of my work. sometimes it makes builds take WAY too long.

The wheel is from a GSXR. Forks are from a CBR 900RR, rotor form a Honda 954, and the caliper from a ZX10 R.

Hope Ill be able to do some stoppies in the future.

How many hours in that bracket?
I was a bit concerned with the lack of a radius on the flat with the ditch cut in it, running the length, but, on looking, that area is under compression, not tension. Very nice looking job.

Around 3 hours total over 2 days.

Most of the adapter is in compression. Its designed alot like an H beam connecting rod.

I may cut both brackets off the forks at a later date and machine and weld a new radial mount to the fork. Maybe.

Made a pin for my tube bender today. gonna make a roller for it tomorrow. Then Ill be able to start the swingarm when the tube gets here.

1" .125" wall DOM for the swingarm. stock frame size is around 1.1" so it should match up pretty well.

OK. Anyone know anything about Hurst Airheart calipers?

I have A single piston hydraulic one that I know wont work worth a nuts. apparently they never did.

ALTHOUGH if I could find another one id flip the second one and use it as a twin piston caliper.

With my rear brake setup the caliper doesnt have to be that strong to be effective due to the rotor's high rpm.

bung hole drain

I machined all missing pieces for tubing bender. So the swinger mockup begins.

Radius is just about perfect.

and no the swinger will not be aluminum.
