I never owned one before is it a good deal? it is for my wife she is a new rider but is gung ho! also when you start it the sarter clicks or knocks before it starts the bike is this normal? I've never owned a single stroke.
i would recomend the purchase.
the clacking sound is completley normal.
it's a great bike for all levels of riding.
it's lightweight and nimble, yet has the torque to pull you out of any situation. pick the wrong gear, no problem with a savage, gearing is easy.
on the cons side.
small fuel capacity,
not that comfortable for second rider.
needs rejetting for optimal performance.
not alot of accessories, you can adapt just about anything though.
buy the darn thing. have some fun.
