I was talking to a group of riders who went over the Andres to Mendoza, Argentina and were cought on a hail storm with avocado-sized hail balls, dent tanks, broken windshields, smashed lights, a nightmare...
luckily, they were wearing heltmets and soon found a gas station to park (and dry, and cry, and bithc on the d**m weather)...
