I've started the process of parting out my 2001 Savage.

Let me know if there is something in particular you are looking for that not listed yet.  I haven't decided what I'm doing with the motor.  I was thinking about keeping the head/head cover to learn and rebuild, but I'm kinda chickening out on that idea now.  Dealing with shipping the entire motor doesn't appeal to me either.  I may just list it locally or starting taking it down to components.  I'm open to talk about it.
