The article doesn't, to me, appear that CNN claims any of these things will happen, or not happen or even present a probability. It is in their "Business" news section and I feel that is appropriate since Virgin is a business.
My understanding is that "Editorial" information is a subset of "Reporting". As in "News" programs "Report" things, one of them categorized as "Editorial". So a "News" "Network" is not isolated exclusively to "Reporting" only "Current Events", they might also "Report" the "Weather" as a subset of the "News" within their "Network" of "Reporting" and also provide an "Editorial" on climate change.
I do agree with MnSpring that CNN is definitely more opinion than straight fact reporting as FOX did here:
