 I just wish he had the software checks on the voting machines done publicly or at least in some way allowed for audit.

that what ever that Audit is,
and however it was done,
and what ever the controls were,

 I am saying that anyone can take a device and privately check the software, not show process, create copies or their own alterations and then claim anything they want.

 Checks should be in place to keep people from just claiming Lindell had his own software engineers alter the software.  Especially if he wants to take this to court.  He should do this in a way that maximizes success in court.  Especially if he somehow thinks US legal procedure will change by August.

Has the Audit been released so one knows all the details of how it was done ?



 Can anyone besides the people doing it know "all the details" ?  I would say no.  Is it public as I stated?  No.

I made no prediction.  I am commenting on the current process.  By stating anyone CAN do something I am not saying anyone IS doing something.

 The Audit has not been released.

 The process is not public.  If it is public can you point to where I can see what is going on?  How can independent people communicate with or at a minimum observe the process?  One can see an action taking place if that action is public.  For instance if I publicly build a car people could witness that process, since it is public, before the car is "released".  But if I conduct the building in private then nobody knows what's going on until release.  

 I'm not even sure that would be the ideal way to go, but something needs done to create a greater potential for legal success.  The actions here will have to be very strong in order to change US law by August.
