Yes.

I still have the blue tank that has the photograph listed in the first few posts of this thread.

The interior of the tank is rust free, and it has been coated with a light rust preventative coating to keep it from developing any rust....it will need to be rinsed out prior to use.

I will get a photo of the tank interior as best I can.....my phone isn't great at taking photos down holes.

I also have a couple of tanks that have a few dents and scratches - but are rust free and structurally sound.

The one with the faded top is a CA tank with the internal vent for the fuel vapor canister.
