Yes, agree, bible studies would be great again, on campus, etc....
Give kids a sense of who they are, and who they can be, without peer pressure or tribalism.....
Religion is the definition of
tribalism...
This is particularly problematic when one religion is so dominant in a region...
Christianity can overwhelm free thought in America...
The most important aspect is not it's judgementalism, (most Christians deny this part).. but it's denial of science....
You can't teach science and deny it at the same time...
If religion is taught in schools it should be as mythology...
American children are behind enough as it is.
Let schools teach facts... let houses of worship teach faith.
