Only from battery. Stayed the same when idling and when revving.
13.7V wich is tiny bit low actually.

They blink normal when idling and really fast when revving. Like you hardly see the bulb turning on and off.

Prior to this, have you done ANY work on it?
I had one of the handlebar end indicators loose at some point.
They don't have proper mounts and are stuffed in there with tape around the indicator stem. It gets the grounding from handlebar itself and I stuffed some bits of copper washing sponge in there to get connection from the end of indicator to handlebar inside.
It was a quick fix in front of a shop just to get back on the road. But as with quick fixes that work happens - they sort of get permanent.
Other then that - no.

Could it be that you have a loose connection somewhere? maybe at the flasher?
All bulbs are ok and no LEDs. Regular 15W if I remember correctly.
But yeah, gotta go through the connections I guess. Don't have the bike at my current location this week but will be checking on it asap.
