Stock muffler bolts?

So after removing the pipe the previous owner had on the bike I come to find he wasn't using the stock muffler bolts.  I bought the Dyna muffler on ebay, but I need to find the bolt that will hold it to the arm.  Can someone give me an idea of where I can get one, or something that will work in its place?

The stock bolts are welded to the muffler, no chance of using those.
The Dyna has a rail, you can use any T bolt.

I've used a carriage bolt instead of the Tee bolt to mount a Harley muffler with. The Tee bolt works better.
