Clutch plate order problem
07/01/19 at 02:53:24

Hi all

I’m just in the process of finishing my Bobber project but have made a school boy error. I took the clutch apart without taking a photo of the order the friction plates and shims came apart. I was also unaware that 1 friction plate is a slightly different size and that 2 of the little thin shins were dished... if someone has a useful photo or diagram can someone please point me in the right direction. I have attached a photo of the order I had them in when I put it back together. The clutch won’t disengage so I have obviously put something In the wrong way around

Go to any online retailer of Suzuki parts, and look at the page for parts....and you can see the correct order
