here's the items I swapped 1 for 1 if they matched. alas the needle I swapped due to it having a position that matched original length...

on the disassembly for the kit installation,
I saw online how 1.060 to 1.114 float height could be measured set horizontal...
and another that showed it at an angle so there was no pressure compressing the float shutoff valve shock.

horizontally it was way under 1"

at an angle held up by the kits plastic box, there was no weight beyond just contact.
so I adjusted it a bunch to be 1.080, same dimensions on both floats

of course the float bowl gasket was too big to recess into place,

so i used the old gasket

I did the raptor fuel tank shutoff petcock while I was at it,
yes, a cheapo from amazon, but this did work!

The way you set the float level in the second pic is correct. I hope the petcock doesn't limit your top speed ,but you'll find that out later. the needle jet may have been the right length but the taper may be way off and be a problem at part throttle ,where you ride most of the time.
