That is a good question. The more appropriate structure of my sentence should be as follows:

Considering I have assessed years of Trump's interactions my personal opinion is that he leans more towards being racist than not being racist. I have no data or references this is based upon my personal observations and reading of documentation that when compiled and posted here represents my opinion.
