"Again, if the actions, are the actions of a, Lying Thief, exactaly how, calling that person: ‘someone who misappropriated funds, and adjusted the truth'.
Change, the fact that that person is a, Lying Thief
."

No the facts remain the same no matter what they are called, which is part of a standard rehabilitation program.  Labels mean nothing.  All labels, every one positive or negative.

"That way they will feel much better about themselves."

I see what you mean however I am not familiar with rehabilitation programs that utilize this logic.  How you feel is a product of your actions, follow the program and let the results happen, versus doing things to feel better.  Typically dishonest people acquiring items that are not lawfully theirs are not interested in other people's opinions, feelings or the consequences of their actions so name calling is typically low on their list of priorities.

I can see where P.C. labeling makes other people feel better, but not the thief.

"There are people? You've gotta be sh!tting me. There are people? That's an argument"

I know of about 12 or 15 personally, I can get more information if you want, I didn't think more specifics would be needed as I was guessing.

Would those words,
mean the same thing as,
‘Lying Thief’ ?

Sorry to burst your Rainbow Unicorn Cocaine bubble,

Who's 'bubble' are you, 'bursting' ?

I would say, it most certainly sounds like,
YOU,  are saying: (adding the latest)
"A  delusional queer pedophile drug addict"

I wonder what a Moderator would think, if a, 'conservative', member would call a, 'liberal' member such a thing ?

 Yes.

None of them would be used as a functional tool in any rehabilitation program that I am aware of.  Again due mostly to the fact that decades of successful rehabilitation programming has indicated that labels, structure of labeling and adjective based personal description is not an effective tool, and also because most Lying Thiefs are sociopathic in nature creating a natural barrier against their emotional state and others, including opinions.

I am no expert on this matter however and there may be rehabilitation programs that utilize descriptive based therapy.
