Yesterday, in a small town, In a office where they, (office) bought candy to hand out to the, ’Trick or Treat’ers’.
Which as I was their, for moral support, watching two other groups of people, signing a bunch of, un needed CYA papers, for the Attorneys.  I had time to observe the Kiddies and some parents in Halloween Costumes.

The Kids, age, 5 to 12 ?  (only 2 came in being carried by their mothers) The Parents, 22-27 ?

In 3/4 of a hour, about 75 - 95  Kids/Parents.

Observed:
LESS THAN 2 %, of the Kids & Parents, said, ’Thank You’.
LESS THAN 4% of the kids said, ’Trick or Treat’.
(Those parents and Kids, don’t even have a clue about what, Trick,  or,  Treat,  means)

Their we go, a DIRECT result of the:
UL, (Don’t have to),
Socialistic, (you have candy I don’t  GIMMMMMMMIE),
Progressives, (I’m so far above you, I am so much smarter than you, I am gracing you, with my presence).
teaching.

Lucky I am 65.  
The he/ she called tt, is gonna be saying in 20+ years,
Damm, Should have Listened to them guys !

The POINT is
Children are not being taught respect and appreciation.
Their parents are not any better.

@Mn This is how it starts. Next thing you'll be down at the kiddies playground watching with binoculars from your car. Copper pulls up and asks you what you're doing and you tell him you're checking out how many kiddies put their ice cream wrapper in the bin.

My point is using this for a charge of sexual abuse. When women basically open themselves up to you, it’s hardly abuse. No doubt after the fact some women are embarrassed by their actions but a change of mind after the fact by a consenting adult doesn’t turn a consensual activity into assault.

 I think I understand what you are saying but I don't think someone who is compulsively dishonest and prone to acquiring items that are not lawfully theirs will discontinue the practice based off of more direct adjectives describing their behaviors.

 Standard rehabilitation programs tend to teach that labels, labeling, and descriptive actions are not pertinent, as actions are the defining end to personal growth.  For instance someone can call you a "drunk" all day, you can call yourself "sober" all day and none of that matters, it's what you do day to day that defines if you are actually abusing alcohol.

 So I am not sure how "Lying Thief" will apply to rehabilitation as I have witnessed it.

Well, let's all be, Politically Correct, (Or Polite as H.R.C. says), and call someone, "You just are a person who misappropriated funds, and adjusted the truth", .
That way they will feel much better about themselves.

Not changing their ways,
they will still be a, Lying Thief,
but they will 'feel' better.
