so, this is an interested debate, and I do agree that there is some debate to be had here, now I feel it's pretty clear, but I understand that there language is interpreted by us all differently, so I intend to do some research, but far better people than me have challenged and debated this before, under law, in Court, over more than a century.... and thus the default logic is what is, and sure, that can be wrong, hence the research...

now I'd love to see if we can keep this from degrading into name calling or otherwise degrading each other by calling each other stupid...
