and again, his reaction, in and of itself, is MORE than enough to say, ya know, let's pass on this guy, we can get a better justice...

and that's it, his life isn't destroyed, he goes back to his judgeship and lives his life as it was...

More importantly, there are no hard facts in this case. This is strictly a "He said, she said" scenario.

Now, if you have actual proof that she lied, present it.

Most of her friends "couldn't recall" - but none of them said it didn't happen.

Now, we can go round and round on this, but those simple facts remain and are unchallengeable.
