Before trying to tune/rejet your carb it is far better to install a proper muffler, you tune the carb to the exhaust system ,not vice versa. we use a H-D stock, Dyna muffler, with great success ,and can advise jet sizes to use based on your elevation (O2 levels are richer at sea level, thinner at higher elevations).

Hey guys, I haven't given up on the project but I took a nice long break from it. I've got the bike running pretty good now and just ordered a seat and bars for it. Pictures to come.
