 There is the only answer presented that is within anyone's control.  All of the other presented "solutions" rely on other people.  Forums are about exchange and communication, this one is more personal and aggressive than most I use but that's 50% my problem because I log in and use it.

 If you don't like what's happening in the Tall Table, don't use it.  If you don't like a specific person's interactions, don't communicate.  If you don't like a certain thread's direction or content, don't contribute.  

 Civility here is your responsibility, not anyone else's.
