3. bought the first one for 3,200 sold it for 2,500 / 883 cost $3,000 and sold for $2,000.
It is hard to complain about riding the 1200 for 10,000 miles for a $700 investment, and the 883 for 30,000 miles for a $1,000. (Maintenance costs excluded). At those kind of prices buying used bikes is not taking food off your table.
