I listened to some of his messages since losing, and he is scary.....
He is nothing more than a ISIS Christian.

How can believers of Jesus miss the teachings of free will?
Forced will, by ANYONE, or any stripe, will never be sustainable without the use of FORCE

Why do folks have such a hard time understanding, tolerance, and free will, are as intertwined as day and night?

You force either to a point of 100% acceptance, you end up with a blinding light, or lost (in) darkness......  Undecided

When in balance, you have a natural state that needs no tweaking, both thrive while still working in unison with the other.....

I heard a tape played on the radio, from a news conference, where he spouted scripture, assigning it to others, with his ideology (interpenetration) as repair.

Tomorrow, my wife and I will celebrate our 3​2​nd wedding anniversary.

I want to thank her and all my family​,​ for standing with me through this long and arduous campaign.

And of course, I want to thank all of you who have stood with me in this very ​important battle for the future of our country.

We are indeed in a ​struggle to preserve our republic​, our civilization​, and ​our religion and to set free a suffering humanity.  ​And the battle rages on.  

In this race, we have not received the final count​ to include ​military and provisional ballots.  This has been a very close race and we are awaiting certification by the Secretary of State.

This particular race was watched not only by the people of this state, but by the entire nation, and many around the world.

Why? Because I believe the heart and soul of our country is at stake.

Like most Americans I am concerned about the future of our country - both financially and morally.

After the election of Donald Trump, a little over a year ago I saw a window of hope and an opportunity that we could return to our founding principles and the Constitution of the United States which has governed us for over 200 years.

Our forefathers recognized in the Declaration of Independence that all men​ and women​ are created equal and endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights​,​ that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

That American Dream has today been tainted by corrupt politics​,​ and a government ​which is​ become out of control​ and out of touch with the people.  ​Many do not share the vision of those who built this country.

Today​,​ we no longer recognize the universal truth that God is the author of our life and liberty.

Abor​t​ion, sodomy, and materialism have taken the place of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

In the words of Abraham Lincoln:  "We have been the recipient of the choicest bounties of Heaven.  We have been preserved in many years in peace and prosperity, we have grown in number, wealth and power, as no other nation has ever grown, but we have forgotten God. We have forgotten the gracious Hand which preserved us in peace and multiplied, enriched and strengthened us and we have vainly imagined in the deceitfulness of our own hearts that all of these blessings were produced by some superior wisdom or virtue of our own."

We have stopped prayer in our schools.  

We have killed over 60 million of our unborn children.

We have redefined marriage and destroyed the basis of family​,​ which is the building block of our Country.  Our ​borders are not secure.  Our economy is faltering under an enormous national debt.

We have a huge drug problem.

We have even begun to recognize the right of a man to claim to be a woman, and ​vice versa​.

We have allowed Judges and justices to rule over our Constitution​,​ and we have become slaves to their tyranny.

Immorality sweeps over our land.  

Even our political process has been affected with baseless and false allegations which have become more relevant than the issues which ​a​ffect our country.

This election was tainted by over $50 million dollars from outside groups who want to retain power and ​their ​corrupt ideology.

No longer is ​this about ​​Republican or Democrat​ic​ control.  ​It has truly been said that there is not a dime's worth of difference between them.  It is about a Washington establishment which will not listen to the cries of its citizenry​ - and the battle rages on.

Together we must stand against those who would take from us our Country.

In the words of the Holy Scripture: "We wrestle not against flesh and blood​, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.  Wherefore, take unto you the whole armour of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all, to stand.​"

The sacrifices of brave men and women throughout our history cry out to us, the living​,​ to be dedicated here to the unfinished work for which many of them ​gave the ultimate sacrifice.

"Let us here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain, that ​this nation ​under God ​shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people and for the people shall not perish from the earth."

The same group of bubs, establishment, despise Moore, that worked to stop Trump.
Now who would want to destroy the voting records?
To prevent HACKING?
If that's a problem After the Election, didn't they just say it's a problem During the Election?

I'm ready for paper ballots to come back. I'd rather wait for eyeballs to count votes than have results in minutes.


Alabama: Doug Jones defeated Judge Roy Moore in the special election for the Senate seat. The day before the election, a Montgomery County Circuit Court issued an order directing Alabama election officials to preserve all digital ballot images created at polling places.  Less than three hours later, the state Supreme Court granted a stay on the order, thus allowing the destruction of the records. Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill and Ed Packard, the state A​dministrator of  E​lections, were behind the request to trash the records. They said they were afraid of hacking​.  Chris Krebs, head of the Department of Homeland Security, supported the quick destruction of voting records and said: “What I’m worried about is undermining the broader confidence in the vote. My [ideal] outcome is ensuring the American people have confidence that their vote matters when they show up to vote.” [Great rhetoric, but the destruction of ballots to prevent a recount does just the opposite. This stinks to high heaven.] -GEG

That would be a giant parcel of swamp-front property if we could......

Jog, I am not worried or concerned about the vote count, sorry if you thought that, I was really spooked about a mans personal zealousness with his religion convictions.....
Extending it onto others as justifying cause to the point of battling combatants, as the means of achieving their OWN desires.  

Isn't this the basic justification the Muslim Terrorist use, their OWN interpretation, of the Koran?

My understanding of what he was saying must be different from your own. Yeah, he definitely said he's looking at things through the lens of a Christian, but I don't see it as anything that is demanding others to agree with. IIRC he spent his own money to put the ten commandments up somewhere, can't remember where and Frankly I'm not SURE it happened, but I think it did.
His opponent was up front with his support for abortion. Why shouldn't Moore be up front with his support of Christianity?

Simply put, then Christianity gets the rap for his bad acting....
Like folks that feel the need to say, Muslim Terrorist.

I am believer and wish those who do not, did, as I believe it would bring much joy to them.
But my actions do not always convey, or witness that.

I KNOW the difference between right and wrong. I disappoint myself almost every day.
I'm not convinced he did anything wrong yet, but if he did, I hope he has agonized over it until he was forgiven. Being a believer doesn't demand or ensure that one will Do the right thing every day.
That someone else looks down on Christians and Christianity because of spiritual weakness in a believer is just too bad.
The disciples weren't perfect.
And were surely loved by God.
But they died brutally.
Non-believers could easily look at how they died and question the existence of a loving God. It's not Moore's job to curb his speech in order to make sure he doesn't give those who are without eyes and ears something they can sink teeth into. It's his job to speak to those who do. The rest is between him and God.
