The idea of, Paying for what you receive, by where you live, or depending on what one gets.So I thought about his today, while driving, and later cutting some wood.
Came down to this:
If a person, could Not use, a ‘City Buss’, would they still have to pay for it?
If they didn’t the people that do use it, would have to pay more.
and the ‘poor’ people who are subsidized with money to use that buss,
(and the people that couldn’t use it, didn’t pay)Then the people that did use it, would pay even more.
This is the case where I,
(and many others), are Forced, to Pay,
for a City Buss, which they don’t use.
(Which is on the Property Taxes)And when I say, ‘can’t use’, I could use one, if I drove 20 Miles to get one.
(But then to go where ?)That is just one example, of Many Thousands.
It comes down to, Choice.
You can buy a wrench, for a dollar. Or the same size one for 10 dollars.
Which one you buy, will depend on a lot of things.
Yet you are not, ‘Forced’ to buy one or the other.
(Or any at all, if you never use that wrench)Now, as to a,
‘Idea’. Many Years ago I was a young pup,
and joined a ‘club’. I had a idea, of how to raise money.
(A local club, always using ‘fund’ raising to feed the habits, of club members, so they could enjoy the things, those club members did, and most of those funds, came from club members, or Sponsors, hoping club members would spend money at the sponsors establishment.)At a meeting I posed the idea. A older person on the board, gruffly said:
’That Won’t work, Bad Idea, Sit Down”. Well being the stubborn German Decent,
(I am a American), person I am.
Did it anyway.
(After I had to pull Hen’s teeth, to find out why the board member said that. It seems the Club tried that same idea in the past, and It failed Miserably)So I changed a couple of things, did it, and it, failed Miserably,
(But just a Frogs hair less)A number of years later, I am on the Board.
A young pup comes to the meeting, and says, ‘I Have a Idea’.
Instead of saying,
’Sit Down STFU’, I told him, That idea will not work, we have tried it 2 times in the past, and it Failed. But please stick around, and after the meeting, I will tell you more about it.
Well did, gave the parameters of the first time, and the ones of the second, and told him,
‘These things have been proven to not work, so the ‘Idea’ is worthwhile, and if you can outline the details of what is to be done, not using the things, that have been proven don’t work, please come back again’. (He never did)
So like this Forum. A person presents something, and another person says,……….
(Because it is not the, ‘exact’ same idea)So like this Nation, and the Elected people.
Ideas, may or may not work. Ideas, may, or not, may need, to be, ’tweaked’, ‘changed’, or ’totally overhauled’.
Yet, no one is talking about them.
It is the far Left,
’Standing in the street and crying, and saying Gimme, Gimme, Gimme, More’.
It is the far Right,
’Saying we hate all people that are not exactly like us’.The, ANTIFA, BLM, Rainbow, etc ONLY have their Ideas, and if you don’t believe them, you are,
…….The, White Supremacist’s, and like, ONLY have their Ideas, and if you don’t believe them, you are,
…….And Both, are the Very Far Left/Right. And nothing will change.
Yet the, Left of center, and the Right of center,
are NOT, TALKING to EACH OTHER, because the,
‘Extremists’, on both sides,
are shouting so Loud !So, you have a, 'Idea'. Work it out.
Look at all the possibilities.
Look what has been done before.
Find out what works, and what does not,
And, WHY.Present it, and expect, 'tweaking'.
Or be like TT/Bot.
