Get up.....

Try again, I got faith in you!

Not sure what you mean by that.  What is it you're trying to say?

Can't you speak in cohesive sentences?

The more you post, the worse it gets.

Why not answer the original question - what was your first post about?

the avoidance, often considered as taken to extremes, of forms of expression or action that are perceived to exclude, marginalize, or insult groups of people who are socially disadvantaged or discriminated against.

Actually that is incorrect.  Political correctness used in the modern form can best described as:  Taking the correct position on matters that involve politics.

Do you know who was the first to use it as a political weapon?  Take a guess....

Political Correctness is akin to folks calling themselves followers of Christ, standing on the street corner, at a busy intersection, waving signs and yelling through a bullhorn, repent or go to hell.....

Yeah, that works too  Roll Eyes

No, it's not correct - what you post is your own definition that fits your purpose.

Typical right wing ignorance.

You didn't answer my question, that would be Lev Bronstein or Leon Trotsky.   Interestingly enough it was a genuine communist who initiated the tactics you use to this very day.

So you're saying that Trotsky was a communist?  You sure about that?  You may want to brush up on your history and see why he was ultimately assassinated and who ordered it...

Even ignoring your obvious oversight, what does this have to do with PC??

This is a stretch, even for you professional golfer....   Grin

Leon Trotsky (/ˈtrɒtski/;[1][a] born Lev Davidovich Bronstein;[b] 7 November [O.S. 26 October] 1879 – 21 August 1940) was a Marxist revolutionary, theorist, and Soviet politician. Initially supporting the Menshevik Internationalists faction within the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party, he joined the Bolsheviks ("majority") just before the 1917 October Revolution, immediately becoming a leader within the Communist Party. He would go on to become one of the seven members of the first Politburo, founded in 1917 to manage the Bolshevik Revolution.

Ahhh... yes....

Once again, you righties seen to love to only read the first paragraph or just blindly believe what your fox and friends tell you...   Grin

Since I refuse to be your teacher, I'm not going to go into any more detail than this about Trotsky - he indeed started out as a communist, but was banished for his progressive ideals.  This eventually led to Stalin putting a price on his head.

Bu hey, if you just wanna post from wiki... well, here you go:

Trotsky considered himself a "Bolshevik-Leninist", arguing for the establishment of a vanguard party. He considered himself an advocate of orthodox Marxism. His politics differed in many respects from those of Stalin or Mao Zedong, most importantly in his rejection of the theory of Socialism in One Country and his declaring the need for an international "permanent revolution". Numerous Fourth Internationalist groups around the world continue to describe themselves as Trotskyist and see themselves as standing in this tradition, although they have different interpretations of the conclusions to be drawn from this. Supporters of the Fourth International echo Trotsky's opposition to Stalinist totalitarianism, advocating political revolution, arguing that socialism cannot sustain itself without democracy.

Stalin killed him because he was a threat to his power.

Nearly 50% of Americans polled, think that the media is fabricating news about our president.

We're NOT talking about slant/bias/context error - we're talking about making $hit up.  People think that the media is actually making stuff up about tweety.

Fabrication.  Something wholly untrue.  Nearly 50%!  I'd like to know where they see that.  I'd like to see a wholly made up story about our "dear" leader.

Did the media make up his tweets?  Did they fabricate his voice saying "grab them by the pu$$y"?  Did they fabricate his poll numbers?  Did they fabricate the election results?  Did they fabricate that he will never make his taxes public?

Remember, we're talking fabrication, NOT commentary.  AND, we're talking about the media, NOT entertainers.

Commentary is no different than what tweety himself did to Obama with the birther issue - or any number of repubs saying he's a Muslim.  Yeah, the media reported the accusations, and hanity and the like commented on it, but it was never substantiated or endorsed by the media.

Fabrication is a whole different ballgame.  This country has to pull its head out of its rear end and look at EVERYTHING with a clear head.  The fact that we have a moron in office who can't stop tweeting and pointing the spotlight at himself is killing us.  Whenever he gets criticized, he calls "fake news".  But it's not fake - it's just news he doesn't like.

Real fake news would reporting that he doesn't tweet too much or that he never bankrupted more than one casino...

Further, a scary amount of those polled think it's OK for an administration to pull licenses of networks that they deem as "liars".

This is a dark, scary path.

Back to the topic, the media's partisanship and outright lies is chiefly responsible for Trump's victory. He was the recipient of decades long abuses of The 4th Estate. In retrospect, his's election or someone like him, was inevitable. The media galvanized support behind Trump in part as a metaphorical middle finger to the press. Mitt Romney or John McCain could have won, but they played the game and tried to treat the press with the respect they didn't deserve. Trump treated them exactly as they deserved.

What lies?  Where did the media actually fabricate a story?

He was the recipient of decades long abuses of The 4th Estate.

"Abuse"??...  He's a wh0re for the media.  He continues to be one.

In retrospect, his's election or someone like him, was inevitable. The media galvanized support behind Trump in part as a metaphorical middle finger to the press.

He's a demagogue, nothing more.  Sanders would have won without question had the DNC not strong-armed him out.

Mitt Romney or John McCain could have won, but they played the game and tried to treat the press with the respect they didn't deserve.

No chance.  Look at McCain's running mate and look at rmoney's hypocrisy.

Trump treated them exactly as they deserved.  LOL - except fox news, right?
