New Owner Looking For Suggestions

Just bought my first Savage and my first motorcycle! Looking for a couple suggestions. I have a 2003 Savage and the seat makes my butt go numb after about 25-30 minutes of riding. Does anyone have good suggestions for an aftermarket seat that they really like? Also, my full face helmet makes it difficult to see the speedometer while riding. Anyone have suggestions for a speedo I can mount to the handlebars that they like?

The RYCA people use handle bar mounted instruments so Google RYCA. There's also a way of raising the front seat to make it more comfortable, then there's the AIRHAWK seat pad, which I find satisfactory.

It tilts me forward a bit and makes a huge difference.

Some people love it, others not so much. I also cut the hump down in the seat foam between the front and rear seats (one piece seat). I'm very happy with the result.
