Brake light always on (Read 64 times)

Posts: 128 Denmark Gender:	Brake light always on 04/29/17 at 10:44:22 Hi, was on a longer tour today with a bunch of other motorcyclists, and on the way back they noticed my brake light suddenly stayed on all the time. I'm going on a new tour tomorrow and need to get this fixed. Any ideas what I should check and look at/for?

If that isn't it it has to be the rear brake switch it may just need adjustment. It has to be one or the other.

It was the rear switch that was stuck...

I cleaned it as best I could and gave it some lube. Everything seems to work fine now, but I think I'll order a new one just in case. Thank you

It may be a minor thing, but in my experience it's a good thing to ask what to look for, when you have no experience at all yourself. Especially with electrical stuff
