Surveillance, capturing conversations, it happened. Accept it. Open eyes and a willingness to see, the little pieces have been seen. What do you think Snowden was attacked for? Just like I said so long ago, Every Single Communication by Every Person is captured. But, in order to be able to use it in court, someone has to get a FISA warrant and gather the evidence. I'm not gonna bother with showing that was done.
