Really,, as if she would be charged..
Lack of indictments for the ruling class,,
What a surprise.
You're probably unaware of the fact that should She be charged, her defense would crash the Whitehouse, too..
Someone pointed out what a genius Carlin was.

It's a CLUB,

Really. I suppose if all that matters is whether or not your choice of candidates  happens to win the election it's a non issue.

On the other hand, if what matters is that the rule of law in the good  old USA has been officially flushed down the crapper, then IMO it's a pretty big issue.

“In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information,” Comey brazenly announced, “we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts.”
We really wish Mr. Comey would have consulted with us first.

Here’s a brief rundown that anybody can do with a Google search, in which 10 people were actually punished for similar or lesser offenses than what Mrs. Clinton got away with yesterday.

Bill Clinton’s National Security Adviser guilty of Destroying Documents in National Archives: “Sandy Berger … pleaded guilty in 2005 to illegally sneaking classified documents from the National Archives by stuffing papers in his suit. He later destroyed some of them in his office and lied about it.”

State Department Official Fired and Security Clearance Revoked After Linking to Classified Wikileaks Document: Peter Van Buren, a foreign service officer for Hillary’s State Department, was fired and his security clearance revoked for quoting a Wikileaks document AFTER publishing a book critical of Clinton. In fact, the Washington Post reported that one of his firing infractions was “showing ‘bad judgement’ by criticizing Clinton and then-Rep. Michele Bachmann on his blog.”

Bill Clinton’s CIA Director Was Pardoned During Plea Negotiations for Storing Classified Data on Home Computer: John Deutch, CIA director under President Clinton, was found to have classified information on a government-owned computer in his home several days after he left the CIA. He had to be pardoned in the middle of plea negotiations by Hillary’s husband.

Navy engineer sentenced for mishandling classified material: Bryan Nishimura of Folsom, California, pled guilty to the unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials during stints in Afghanistan in 2007 and 2008. Here’s the money quote from the AP – “An FBI search of Nishimura’s home turned up classified materials, but did not reveal evidence he intended to distribute them.” The exact words used to clear Hillary of her misdeeds. Instead, Nishimura was sentenced to two years probation, fined $7,500, and had to surrender his security clearance. Meanwhile, Clinton will be able to serve as Commander-in-Chief.

Sailor Smuggles Classified Docs off Ship: “A Navy intelligence specialist admitted Thursday that he smuggled classified documents out of Fort Bragg in folders and his pants pockets, then sold them for $11,500 to a man he believed was a Chinese agent.”

Low Level Submarine Shipmate Prosecuted for Less Serious Crime than Clinton: Petty Officer First Class Kristian Saucier allegedly used a cellphone camera to take photos in the classified engine room of the nuclear submarine where he worked as a mechanic, the USS Alexandria, then destroyed a laptop, camera and memory card after learning he was under investigation. He was indicted on one felony count of unlawful retention of national defense information and another felony count of obstruction of justice.

Marine Corps. Major Caught Sending Classified Documents to Superiors Using Personal Email: Maj. Jason Brezler was dismissed from the Marine Corps when he “accidentally took home 14 documents on his personal computer, some of which were classified.” According to the report, Brezler was “in a graduate school class when he received an urgent email from military officials in Afghanistan and sent a specific document in response, using his personal email account.”

Lab Tech Steals Data from Nuclear Facility. Jessica Lynn Quintana, a former worker at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, pleaded guilty in federal court to “knowingly removing classified information from the national security research laboratory, after she took home sensitive documents and data from the lab last year.”

NSA Manager gives Classified Info to Newspaper: A National Security Agency manager was indicted on allegations of willful retention of “national defense” or classified information, obstruction of justice and making a false statement, after he allegedly “passed classified information to a Baltimore Sun reporter who wrote stories exposing NSA mismanagement.” Charges were dropped and the NSA manager pleaded to a misdemeanor, in what was called a victory against the Obama administration whom had attempted to use dated laws to prosecute leakers of classified information. Now apparently, the administration is seemingly content with those intelligence leaks.

Comey said in his original announcement that Hillary was in fact guilty of essentially the same thing as the folks above, mishandling classified material. But he said that her behavior was "careless" not "criminal" .

Maybe you guys can see the difference. I can't.

. He said they found 58 email chains which contain classified information at the Clinton received them.  He also said that some of the information sent by Mrs Clinton did contain these classified markings so Mrs. Clinton has publicly said nothing was marked classified at the time. Comey went on to say that someone in her position and the others around her should have recognized the sensitivity of the information they were handling and that is gross negligence .

There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in secretary Clinton’s position or in the position of those with whom she was corresponding about those matters should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation.

And:

Although we did not find clear evidence that secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to break laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

According to the law, that’s enough to bring charges.

According to the statute US 793 subsection F, the statute Hillary violated, there is no requirement for intent:

(f)Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer— Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Comey said that they have to assume this information was accessed by third parties, even hostile nations, because the server was not set up with the site kind of security you would even find in a government system or even on an email system such as Gmail.

To smugly pretend she broke no laws is to choose to believe what can't be supported by a rational mind.

until it's proven beyond reasonable doubt in a court of law, saying she's guilty is complete UNAMERICAN as written by our forefathers.  so I guess you aren't as patriotic as you think you are, but I'm sure you'll just dismiss that as just another crazy thing I said, when your accusation of guilt and outright hatred of Clinton is truly disturbing, I do hope you get over your own ego someday

Not surprisingly, yet again, you're making the victim of a corrupt system out to be the bad guy.

You can blame the shopkeeper for paying the
Protection money to the Mob, too.

It's not Trumps fault that in ORDER to be awarded licenses and such, bribes must be paid.
Rather than SEE THAT, you blame Him, instead of those who SELL INFLUENCE.
FRIKKEN WOW!!!!#
